Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING POLICIES BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE WITH US:

  • No Refunds/No Returns: All sales are final.

  • Exchanges Only: Products may be exchanged within 10 days from the date of purchase or invoice.

  • Colour & Display Variations: Due to differences in monitors and lighting conditions during photoshoots, the actual colour or texture of the product may slightly vary from what is seen on screen. Exchanges will not be accepted solely for this reason.

  • Invoice Requirement: No exchanges will be processed without a valid invoice, whether in-store or online.

  • Online Exchanges (Within UAE): To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@hamzonemart.com. You will need to send the product back, and once received, we will dispatch the exchanged item. Please allow up to 14 working days for the exchange process (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays). There are no additional delivery charges for exchanging items purchased at full price.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except for size exchanges on select products. For size exchanges, please notify us via email, return the item, and once received, we will send you the requested size. Note that a standard shipping fee may apply.

  • Customized Items: Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Used Items: Items that have been used will not be eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
